Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in event coordination or related hospitality role
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • proficiency in relevant computer applications
  • friendly demeanor and positive outlook
  • willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience in event coordination or hospitality preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency with event management software and common office applications
  • positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Job Duties

  • provide administrative support to sales, events, banquet and culinary managers
  • communicate effectively with internal departments and external clients
  • liaise between event and sales managers and on-site meeting contacts
  • coordinate special requests and needs during events
  • understand hotel meeting facilities and group dynamics
  • manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • develop creative solutions to improve the event experience
