Job Duties

  • provide administrative support to sales, events, banquet and culinary managers
  • act as liaison between event, sales managers and on-site meeting contacts
  • communicate effectively internally and externally with clients and hotel departments
  • manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
  • develop creative solutions to improve the overall event experience
  • handle and address special needs or requests during events
  • maintain detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and group dynamics
