Job Requirements

- Experience in event coordination or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficient with computer applications
- Flexibility to work weekends or holidays

- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and understanding of event execution in the areas of sales, planning, banquets and culinary
- Proficient knowledge of computer applications
- Ability to work weekends or holidays when needed
Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to Sales, Events, Banquet and Culinary Managers
- Act as liaison between Event and Sales Managers or Event Planning Manager and on-site meeting contacts
- Communicate effectively with internal hotel departments and external clients prior to arrival, during events, and post-event
- Manage multiple stakeholders and projects while prioritizing business goals
- Address and handle special needs or requests during events
- Develop creative solutions to improve the overall event experience
- Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and group event dynamics
