Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in hospitality or event operations
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Negative skin tuberculosis test
- Compliance with county health code and liquor laws
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills

- 3-5 years of experience in licensed hospitality or event operations
- Experience leading or supervising teams
- Understanding of hospitality and guest service principles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Calm and confident leadership in live events
- Commitment to inclusive management practices
- Comfortable with established systems and process improvement
- Strong written and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM or event management systems preferred
- Valid driver's license
Job Duties
- Serve as the lead advocate for the guest experience across all events
- Champion hospitality-first decision-making
- Set, model, and reinforce service standards
- Act as a visible, calm, and reassuring presence during events
- Partner with Event Sales team to ensure seamless client experience handoff
- Oversee planning and execution of private events
- Coordinate onsite vendors and partners
- Lead onsite execution for select events including evenings and weekends
- Anticipate and resolve challenges proactively
- Lead, inspire, and coach event experience staff
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Reinforce professionalism, safety, and compliance
- Manage staff deployment and operations during events
- Ensure compliance with food and alcohol service standards
- Utilize feedback to improve service and workflows
- Collaborate with cross-departmental partners
- Support special projects and new initiatives
