Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Flexibility and willingness to work weekends or holidays as needed
- High stamina and physical ability to work long hours during activations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- 0-2 years of experience within an agency or client service or event planning
- Passion for soccer and eagerness to participate in FIFA World Cup 2026tm
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Duties
- Support the planning and execution of Stadium Activations and Fan Festival programs in your assigned market
- Ensure all activations meet brand, safety, and operational standards
- Provide operational support for Stadium Activations and Fan Festival experiences within your region
- Work closely with the Stadium Fan Experience lead and the Fan Festival lead to ensure top-level execution across all activations
- Assist with vendor management, logistical planning, and preparation of event documents to aid in execution and recapping
- Assist regional team managing all merchandise, premiums, and uniforms
