Job Requirements
- Experience in planning, producing, and managing convention panels and booths
- strong knowledge of U.S. event logistics, vendor management, permits, and safety
- demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams
- solid financial acumen in budgeting and cost control
- exceptional organization and communication skills
- business-level English fluency
- Japanese proficiency preferred
- ability to travel domestically and internationally
- passion for anime, games, and entertainment IPs
- ability to handle high-pressure situations
- strong problem-solving skills

- knowledge of stage production or video production is a plus

Job Duties
- Define division goals and manage P&L and budgets
- establish workflows and oversee staffing plans
- translate client objectives into strategic event plans
- lead creative concept development and supervise proposal creation
- direct stage event production and technical coordination
- oversee rehearsals and on-site operations
- lead booth planning, spatial design, and fabrication oversight
- execute launch and premiere event management
- recruit and mentor team members and freelancers
- develop and manage vendor networks
- partner with PR and marketing divisions for cross-channel integration
- maintain client communications throughout projects
- deliver post-event analysis and lead internal process improvements
- track industry trends to enhance events
