Job Requirements

  • Experience in planning, producing, and managing convention panels and booths
  • strong knowledge of U.S. event logistics, vendor management, permits, and safety
  • demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams
  • solid financial acumen in budgeting and cost control
  • exceptional organization and communication skills
  • business-level English fluency
  • Japanese proficiency preferred
  • ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • passion for anime, games, and entertainment IPs
  • ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • strong problem-solving skills

  • knowledge of stage production or video production is a plus

Job Duties

  • Define division goals and manage P&L and budgets
  • establish workflows and oversee staffing plans
  • translate client objectives into strategic event plans
  • lead creative concept development and supervise proposal creation
  • direct stage event production and technical coordination
  • oversee rehearsals and on-site operations
  • lead booth planning, spatial design, and fabrication oversight
  • execute launch and premiere event management
  • recruit and mentor team members and freelancers
  • develop and manage vendor networks
  • partner with PR and marketing divisions for cross-channel integration
  • maintain client communications throughout projects
  • deliver post-event analysis and lead internal process improvements
  • track industry trends to enhance events
