- previous experience in food service or supervisory role preferred
- ability to read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- willingness to complete sanitation course

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
- direct daily activities
- maintain food production safety and quality according to policies
- ensure safe and organized food storage
- maintain serving schedules and serve food per menu specifications
- uphold sanitary standards and health regulations
- maintain weekly inventory records
- prepare orders as needed
- supervise and evaluate employees and promote teamwork
- maintain a safe working environment
- train and mentor staff
- log maintenance on equipment
- complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions
- perform preventative maintenance checklists
- recommend equipment replacements
- multitask proficiently
- perform other duties as assigned
- fill in for absent employees
- ensure timely preparation and delivery of catering events
- work occasional night and weekend events
- attend food service meetings
- maintain communication with staff
- perform cashier duties as needed
- promote good public relations
