Job Requirements
- Must be available for majority of Colorado Rapids games
- Must be available for specific dates including February 28, March 7, April 11, May 9 and 23, July 22, August 1, 15, 19 and 29, September 12 and 19, October 10, 14, 24 and 31
- Must be available for Colorado Rapids 2 minor league games on Sundays
- Must be willing to work additional events and concerts as added
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in food and beverage industry
- TEAM Alcohol Server certification or ability to complete training
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to carry at least two entrées
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to understand banquet event orders and menus
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather
- Ability to transport up to 50 lbs
- Must have a working email
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience working in the food and beverage industry as a busser or food runner
- TEAM Alcohol Server certification or ability to complete training
- Willingness to work in an outdoor stadium subject to adverse weather conditions
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to skillfully carry at least two entrée plates at the same time for long distances
- Ability to read, speak, and write English
- Ability to read and understand a Banquet Event Order and various menus
- Ability to retain and recite menu details including special promotions
- Understanding of the expo process in fast-paced food service
- Ability to work independently or in a team during service setup and execution
- Ability to transport up to 50 lbs continuously
- Practice safe work habits and complete safety training
- Must have a working email for communication
Job Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from kitchen to guests in a timely and organized manner utilizing key information on kitchen tickets including table and seat numbers
- Read kitchen tickets to ensure quality and accuracy of all orders
- Monitor and observe guests dining experience ensuring satisfaction and check with customers to ensure they have everything they need
- Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate to appropriate server or supervisor
- Responsible for the overall cleanliness of assigned service areas
- Provide guidance to guests including dining options and general attraction information
- Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards
- Clear tables of dishware and napkins after meals and return them to the kitchen, refill salt, pepper, and other condiments at tables
- Prepare coffee, tea, and ice water for customers
- Clean, sanitize, and reset tables after meals
- Maintain cleanliness around dining areas by sweeping and mopping floors and keeping chairs near dining tables clean
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware
- Complete other duties as assigned by management
