Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience working in the food and beverage industry as a busser or food runner
- TEAM Alcohol Server certification or ability to complete training
- Willingness to work in an outdoor stadium subject to adversarial weather
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must have the ability to skillfully carry at least two entree plates at the same time for long distances up to 150 ft
- Ability to read, speak and write English Language
- Ability to read and understand a Banquet Event Order and various menus
- Ability to retain and recite menu details
- Have an understanding of expo process, food and beverage preparations, table settings, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Ability to transport up to 50 lbs continuously
- Practice safe work habits and complete safety training
- Must have a working email for communication
- Must be available for majority of Colorado Rapids games on specified dates
- Available for Colorado Rapids 2 minor league games and additional events

Job Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from kitchen to guests in a timely and organized manner utilizing key information on kitchen tickets including table and seat numbers
- Read kitchen tickets to ensure quality and accuracy of all orders
- Monitor and observe guests dining experience ensuring satisfaction and promptly responding to requests
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned service areas including clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables
- Provide guidance to guests about dining options and general attraction information
- Perform general cleaning tasks adhering to health and safety standards
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware
- Prepare coffee, tea, and ice water for customers
- Complete other duties as assigned by management
