Job Requirements
- must be located in or near High Point NC or willing to relocate
- passion for soccer and interest in sports management and operations
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- customer service mindset, especially for fan-facing duties
- ability to work weekends, late nights, and holidays
- must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- comfortable working outdoors for extended periods of time in varying weather conditions
- must be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Job Duties
- assist with conversions, setup, breakdown, and execution of event operations
- help coordinate game-day staff, vendors, and volunteers
- organize and maintain inventory of operations supplies and gear
- assist the merchandise department with setup on game days
- provide general support to the director of operations and operations coordinator and front office staff
- perform other duties as assigned
