Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen environment
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- strong knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
- ServSafe certification preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Levy's high standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
- adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards, including compliance with ServSafe guidelines
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service
- assist in the setup and breakdown of cooking stations before and after events
- participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
