Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to complete TEAM Alcohol Server certification training
- experience as a bartender for at least two years
- willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations and guest service standards
- ability to maintain personal hygiene and professional appearance
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to stand for long shifts and transport up to 50 lbs
- must have a working email for communication
- willingness to follow safety policies and complete safety training
- availability for majority of Colorado Rapids games and additional events
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old
- have at least two years of bartending experience
- possess or be willing to obtain TEAM Alcohol Server certification
- exhibit extensive knowledge of drink recipes and ability to create specialty drinks
- maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- possess excellent communication skills in English
- have excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- demonstrate a friendly and welcoming attitude
- ability to remember, recite and promote menu items
- ability to transport up to 50 lbs continuously and stand for an entire shift
Job Duties
- Greet guests and verify identification for every transaction
- take beverage orders directly from guests
- mix drinks, cocktails and other beverages in compliance with company standards and alcohol policy
- maintain bottles and glasses attractively and functionally for efficient drink preparation
- handle assigned bank or use point-of-sale system to charge guests correctly
- ensure bar area is fully equipped with tools and products, prepare inventory or purchase requisitions
- demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions
- maintain a clean working area by sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and wiping down surfaces
- organize work-station storage areas
- perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards
- complete other duties as assigned by management
