- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
- strong knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency with cash handling and POS systems
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Job Duties
- Preparing and serving hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas
- operating espresso machines and other brewing equipment to create quality beverages
- ensuring consistent drink quality and presentation
- providing prompt, friendly customer service and educating customers on the menu and various coffee beans
- maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace
- managing multiple orders efficiently to provide timely service
- collaborating effectively with coworkers in a fast-paced environment
