Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in custodial or janitorial work
ability to supervise and lead a team
effective communication skills
reliable and punctual
ability to work part-time hours including weekends and evenings
physical ability to perform cleaning and setup tasks

Job Qualifications

strong organizational skills
ability to lead and train a team

knowledge of safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

supervise custodial staff
train custodial employees on proper cleaning and safety procedures
assist with event setups and breakdowns
ensure cleanliness and safety of all facilities before, during, and after events
maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
respond to urgent maintenance and cleanliness issues during events
enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
