Job Duties

  • Assist with unloading the vehicle and organizing the kitchen or prep area at the venue
  • Set up buffet lines, action stations, plating areas, and build appetizer displays according to the event plan and venue guidelines
  • Plate salads and appetizers for passing with consistency and attention to presentation
  • Replenish food items on the buffet and ensure stations remain clean, stocked, and organized
  • Operate live action stations (e.g., carving stations, pasta stations, or dessert bars) and engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Work collaboratively with the catering team to serve meals and beverages efficiently
  • Assist in breaking down and cleaning the kitchen or prep area, ensuring all equipment and surfaces are sanitized
