Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in general labor or event setup preferred
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow instructions

Job Qualifications
- Flexibility to work varying schedules based on event demands, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capacity to follow and implement basic instructions effectively
- Capability to engage in general labor tasks, involving heavy lifting
- Physical stamina to frequently stand, walk, talk, hear, use hands for manual tasks, and reach with arms
- Occasional requirements include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, crouching, tasting, smelling, and sitting
- Ability to lift heavy objects regularly
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by the event schedule
- Proficiency in reading and speaking English may be necessary to fulfill job duties
Job Duties
- Execute assigned general labor tasks efficiently and effectively
- Lead in the conversion of spaces to suit the requirements of diverse events
- Set up and dismantle chairs, tables, stages, air walls, and any other equipment as necessary
- Ensure thorough cleaning of event areas after each event concludes
- Stay updated on operational schedules and event calendars, adapting to any changes
- Prioritize safety protocols and adhere to them consistently during job execution
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
