Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically able to lift heavy items and work on ladders
- Valid Texas Drivers License
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Reliable and punctual
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willingness to follow instructions and work in a team environment

Job Duties
- Work under the instructions of a Team Lead
- Load and unload vans of floral creations and props
- Placement and setup of floral creations and props in event venues
- Assist floral designers in placement
- Breakdown and cleanup of items placed in venue, load into vans and unload back at studio or warehouse
- Inspect equipment and props for damage after use
- Unload equipment from trucks and set up venues for events, including floral designs and props
- Ensure the event hall is clean and organized post event
- Adhere to event safety standards
- Remain on feet and attend to the many needs of the event, requiring physical stamina and high energy levels
