Job Requirements
- Must currently reside in Hawaii
- Able to perform heavy lifting
- Available for weekend shifts

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred experience of 2 years in event production
- Preferred experience of 3 years in customer service
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently

- Ability to perform well under pressure
Job Duties
- Provide event support
- Follow protocol and instructions of event management
- Set up necessary rentals, linen, decor and floral centerpieces
- Heavy lifting involved for moving boxes, furniture, linen, backdrops, photo ops, etc.
- Load and unload equipment
- Set and style tables
- Inspect equipment for damage after use and check against inventory list
- Pack up equipment when event is completed, including counting and cleaning
- Perform other duties as needed
