Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in nonprofit or corporate meeting and event planning
- Ability to respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Cvent or online registration systems preferred
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Ability to work beyond standard hours occasionally
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

- Marketing or graphic design experience preferred
Job Duties
- Support the Director of Events & Pilgrimages in planning and implementing national events and programs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries related to event registration, payments, sponsorships, and general information
- Oversee the registration process using Cvent software including website setup, promotion, payment processing, and on-site check-in
- Coordinate event logistics such as venue relations, rooming lists, speaker coordination, liturgy planning, transportation, and on-site operations
- Lead sponsorship and exhibit sales including outreach, contract execution, invoicing coordination, benefit fulfillment, and exhibitor management
- Develop and maintain line-item budgets for national events in collaboration with the Director
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to develop promotional and on-site materials for events
