Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in event coordination or related field preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- capability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly
- ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- engage with clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
- demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and activities such as face painting
- facilitate and implement party add-ons following company standards
- communicate event details with clients and store team members
- complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls and paperwork
- adjust event plans based on client feedback and needs
