Job Duties

  • Manage contract and approval routing
  • create purchase orders and reconcile financials
  • create and manage event inboxes and provide customer support
  • maintain event team central resources
  • book venues, catering, and entertainment for small-scale events
  • coordinate and manage internal team events
  • manage centralized event calendars and support executive scheduling
  • assist event technology team with website and registration testing
  • build, test, schedule emails, and pull reports
  • create and test post-event surveys
  • lead event coordination for in-office streaming
  • support onsite event activities
  • travel up to 25 percent
