Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years professional marketing experience
- Experience with event coordination or management
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25 percent
- Ability to handle fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Proactive and detail oriented
Job Qualifications
- 3 plus years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Knowledge of analytic tools
- Event coordination or management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented with project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent events
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in event technology tools
Job Duties
- Manage event contract and financial approvals
- Manage event customer service and communications
- Support event technology team with email building, testing, and reporting
- Book venues, catering, and services for smaller global event programs
- Own individual workstreams for largest Tier 1 events
- Support on-site event execution as needed
- Coordinate internal team events and maintain centralized event calendars
