Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years professional marketing experience
  • Experience with event coordination or management
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 25 percent
  • Ability to handle fast-paced and ambiguous environments
  • Proactive and detail oriented

Job Qualifications

  • 3 plus years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Knowledge of analytic tools
  • Event coordination or management experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail oriented with project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent events
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in event technology tools

Job Duties

  • Manage event contract and financial approvals
  • Manage event customer service and communications
  • Support event technology team with email building, testing, and reporting
  • Book venues, catering, and services for smaller global event programs
  • Own individual workstreams for largest Tier 1 events
  • Support on-site event execution as needed
  • Coordinate internal team events and maintain centralized event calendars
