Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to various hotel departments including guest services, engineering, and food and beverage
- Prepare documents using word processing software, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
- Serve as a liaison between sales office and clients throughout event planning and execution
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment by adhering to company policies and standards
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees and departments
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, walking long periods, bending, stretching, and lifting objects up to 10 pounds
- Carry out additional reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
