Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to various hotel departments including guest services, engineering, and food and beverage
  • Prepare documents using word processing software, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
  • Serve as a liaison between sales office and clients throughout event planning and execution
  • Maintain a safe and professional work environment by adhering to company policies and standards
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees and departments
  • Perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, walking long periods, bending, stretching, and lifting objects up to 10 pounds
  • Carry out additional reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
