Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food and beverage preferred
- Certification in TABC and Serve Safe Food Handlers
- Ability to take full responsibility for tasks and complete them successfully
- Strong enthusiasm for client service
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Confidence in coordinating and executing events
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical capability to lift 30 lbs frequently and stand/walk for 8-12 hours
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Must pass background check
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- Food and beverage experience preferred
- TABC and Serve Safe Food Handlers certifications required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Extreme ownership and passion for client service
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand and walk 8-12 hours and lift 30 lbs frequently
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks
Job Duties
- Attend detail meetings and lead rehearsal activities
- Oversee the wedding ceremony processional and recessional
- Complete coordinator tasks during receptions to ensure a smooth event flow
- Collaborate as part of the banquet team to deliver outstanding service
- Maintain venue cleanliness and organization at all times
