Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food and beverage preferred
  • Certification in TABC and Serve Safe Food Handlers
  • Ability to take full responsibility for tasks and complete them successfully
  • Strong enthusiasm for client service
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Confidence in coordinating and executing events
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Physical capability to lift 30 lbs frequently and stand/walk for 8-12 hours
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Must pass background check
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • Food and beverage experience preferred
  • TABC and Serve Safe Food Handlers certifications required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Extreme ownership and passion for client service
  • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk 8-12 hours and lift 30 lbs frequently
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background checks

Job Duties

  • Attend detail meetings and lead rehearsal activities
  • Oversee the wedding ceremony processional and recessional
  • Complete coordinator tasks during receptions to ensure a smooth event flow
  • Collaborate as part of the banquet team to deliver outstanding service
  • Maintain venue cleanliness and organization at all times
