Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in administrative support or similar role preferred
- proficiency in microsoft office suite or equivalent software
- strong communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand walk or sit for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proficiency in word processing spreadsheet database and presentation software
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize work
- experience working in a hotel administrative or customer service role preferred
- familiarity with event coordination processes beneficial
- strong teamwork and problem solving abilities
Job Duties
- provide administrative support across departments including guest services engineering and food and beverage
- prepare documents using word processing spreadsheet database or presentation software
- serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors
- act as liaison between sales office and clients during pre event event and post event phases
- ensure smooth hotel operations through effective communication and coordination
- maintain workplace safety by reporting accidents injuries and unsafe conditions
- perform physical tasks such as lifting carrying moving objects up to 10 pounds
- stand sit or walk for extended periods
- reach overhead and below knees by bending twisting pulling and stooping
