Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- retail and/or customer service experience required
- ability to remain standing for long periods
- capability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly
- ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders or similar equipment
- effective communication skills
- ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements
- willingness to perform physical tasks and work in various store environments
- ability to engage positively with customers and team members
- must be able to follow Standard Operating Procedures and company policies

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- engage with clients of all ages to create a fun and creative environment
- demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and activities like face painting
- facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards
- communicate event details with clients and store team members
- complete administrative tasks including answering emails, making phone calls, and paperwork
- adjust event plans based on client feedback and needs
- create and implement backup or emergency plans
- ensure client satisfaction for all scheduled events
- uphold cleanliness and safety standards before, during, and after events
- assist customers with product selection and provide solutions
- ensure fast and friendly checkout experience
- promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
- educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes
- participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining planograms
- perform merchandise recovery and store maintenance duties
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- interact respectfully and positively with all team members and customers
- cross-train in custom framing sales and production
- maintain daily store cleanliness including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom maintenance
- perform other duties as assigned
