Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Capability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Job Duties
- Collaborate with regional sales leads to improve customer experience and consistency across briefing centers
- Work with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, goals, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives
- Promote executive briefing programs to sales leadership and teams to ensure proper customer targeting and participation
- Coordinate with cross-functional team members to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met
- Establish and execute effective project communication plans
- Measure program success using quantitative and qualitative data and report outcomes to sales and executive leadership
- Develop and conduct enablement sessions to help sales teams understand program value
- Support program expansion into new markets by driving experiments for regional adoption
- Identify and mitigate program risks proactively
