Job Requirements
- high school diploma required
- 2-year college degree preferred
- administrative and sales experience preferred
- customer service orientation
- proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- basic math skills
- effective communication skills
- strong organizational and time management skills
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- acknowledge, greet and thank all members and guests
- assist Event Manager with maintaining an effective "Trace File" or "Tickler" file system
- perform administrative duties including generating, revising and distributing event contracts and work orders, collecting deposits or payment from hosts
- handle marketing efforts including contact database maintenance, responding to leads, and scheduling course tours
- coordinate logistical requirements by communicating with appropriate departments to ensure course and facility readiness
- maintain customer service standards during events by observing and assisting food and beverage personnel as needed
- ensure host satisfaction by establishing close working relationships prior to and during events, address host questions or concerns, attend events and accommodate the needs of participants, and refer grievances to the Event Manager
- work overtime as needed to attend events
- implement and support all American Golf Corporation initiatives and programs
- perform other duties as assigned by management
