Job Duties

  • upholding cleanliness and safety standards
  • welcoming and engaging with guests
  • understanding event packages and add-ons
  • selling, scheduling and coordinating corporate, group, and birthday events
  • utilizing systems and programs to input sales revenue and guest information
  • partnering with the sales manager to exceed sales targets
  • prospecting and cold calling for new and repeat business
  • supporting local store marketing initiatives
  • attending and engaging in weekly sales meetings
  • performing opening, mid-day or closing duties
