Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of hospitality management experience
  • ability to pass a criminal background check
  • availability for day and night shifts
  • ability to lift 40 lbs while going upstairs
  • preferred driver’s license
  • willingness to work in person
  • strong communication skills
  • detail-oriented
  • reliable and responsible

Job Qualifications

  • Hospitality management experience of at least 2 years
  • strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • background in party or event planning is a plus
  • excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible day and night shifts
  • ability to communicate effectively with management and staff
  • problem-solving skills
  • leadership capabilities
  • familiarity with POS systems
  • ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting trays

Job Duties

  • Schedule and coordinate all parties, deliveries, etc
  • develop good customer relationships
  • smooth out problems within the workplace
  • address employee and customer concerns
  • develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement
  • heavy email and phone correspondence
  • liaise between managers, customers and employees
  • heavy lifting of trays will sometimes be required
  • assist in expo and hosting roles when one isn’t scheduled
  • provide direction to staff
  • monitor labor cost
  • fill in for General Manager in times of absence, make executive decisions and provide accountability
  • make FOH schedule
  • troubleshoot POS system
  • support ongoing learning and development of team members
  • help create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment
  • maintain constant direct communication with GM and owner
