Job Requirements
- minimum of 1 year experience in event coordination promotions hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred
- strong organization follow-through and time management skills
- comfortable working with the public and representing the station professionally
- ability to lift and carry event materials often up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to events is required

Job Duties
- coordinate event logistics including timelines vendor needs supplies and station branding materials
- serve as the primary on-site point of contact during events oversee setup check-in and breakdown
- communicate with internal teams programming promotions news sales engineering to align event needs
- support event marketing efforts by coordinating promotional assets signage and giveaways
- track event details and outcomes including attendance notes and photos and provide a post-event recap
- ensure events follow station policies and basic safety and venue requirements
