Job Duties
- Manage event leads from initial inquiry to execution
- conduct client consultations and provide tailored event proposals
- create detailed event timelines and manage event budgets
- coordinate event logistics including vendor and internal team collaboration
- serve as primary point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service
- manage in-house catered events including birthday parties and corporate gatherings
- collaborate with the marketing team to promote the event venue
