Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event coordination preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Energetic, friendly, and engaging personality
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of event setup and coordination
- Comfortable with walking, standing, and moving around for extended periods
- Familiarity with checklists, scheduling apps, or digital organization tools a plus
- Available weekends mostly Saturdays and occasional Sundays
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work with teams of Party Hosts, Floaters, and Kitchen staff effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to create fun and memorable guest experiences
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Welcome party hosts and confirm event details
- Ensure party rooms are prepared and ready on time
- Coordinate event timing including food, cake, and activities
- Keep parties on schedule and organized
- Check in with guests to ensure a great experience
- Reset and prepare rooms for the next event
- Communicate with the kitchen and operations team
