Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in event planning or coordination preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management software
- Availability to work part-time hours
- Ability to work on-site during events
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Job Duties
- Plan, organize, and execute events such as workshops, fundraisers, and community outreach programs
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure the best services and rates
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure marketing details are accurate for events and manage event volunteers and maintain attendee communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact during events to ensure smooth operations and manage event staff, volunteers, and vendors
- Track event expenses and ensure adherence to the approved budget while providing post-event financial reports
- Collect feedback from attendees, staff, and stakeholders to assess event success and prepare post-event reports and recommendations
- Update contact information and capture unique attendee information on Salesforce
