Job Requirements
- authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- ability to work Monday through Friday from 4pm to 9:30pm
- availability for part-time schedule of 27 hours per week
- prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
- excellent problem-solving skills
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- reliable transportation
- ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Job Qualifications
- prior hospitality or events experience
- strong communication skills
- customer service orientation
- tech-savvy and comfortable with technology
- able to work independently and as part of a team
- detail-oriented and organized
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- experience in catering or serving preferred
Job Duties
- support Fooda events in a variety of capacities including setting up and tearing down equipment and site areas
- serve as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafes during team members' time off
- assist restaurants with onsite access and coordination
- gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures
- troubleshoot issues such as incorrect orders and late deliveries
- handle technical problems with point-of-sale systems and onsite technology
- conduct onsite promotions and mobile app coaching
- provide real-time onsite customer service
- facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up
- escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary
