Job Requirements
- authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
- availability to work primarily Tuesday through Thursday between 10 am and 2 pm, with some flexibility from 8 am to 4 pm
- ability to work part-time between 5 to 25 hours per week during regular business hours
- reliable transportation and knowledge of the local territory
- strong problem-solving skills and grace under pressure
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- experience in hospitality, events, catering, or serving
- strong customer service and communication skills
- familiarity with technology and point-of-sale systems
- ability to work independently and under pressure
- organized and detail-oriented
- knowledge of local area and efficient transportation
- friendly and energetic demeanor
Job Duties
- support Fooda events by setting up, tearing down, and cleaning equipment and event areas
- serve as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafés during team member absences
- ensure restaurants gain onsite access to buildings
- troubleshoot issues such as incorrect orders and late deliveries
- troubleshoot point-of-sale system and onsite technology problems
- conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching
- provide real-time onsite customer service and facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up
