Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to commit between 5 to 25 flexible hours per week focusing on lunch hours Tuesday to Thursday
  • Must have own reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara market
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Comfortable with technology
  • Ability to handle fast-paced and dynamic work environment

  • Reliable transportation and knowledge of local geography

Job Duties

  • Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities including onsite setup and teardown, cleaning equipment and site areas, problem-solving, and ensuring high quality customer experience
  • Serve as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafés when needed
  • Facilitate restaurant access and check-in onsite
  • Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operation procedures
  • Troubleshoot issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, and technical problems with POS systems and TV menu boards
  • Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching
  • Provide real-time customer service and resolve issues directly
  • Facilitate audits of restaurant event setup to maintain consistency
  • Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary
