Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to commit between 5 to 25 flexible hours per week focusing on lunch hours Tuesday to Thursday
- Must have own reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara market
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Comfortable with technology
- Ability to handle fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Job Duties
- Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities including onsite setup and teardown, cleaning equipment and site areas, problem-solving, and ensuring high quality customer experience
- Serve as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafés when needed
- Facilitate restaurant access and check-in onsite
- Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operation procedures
- Troubleshoot issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, and technical problems with POS systems and TV menu boards
- Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching
- Provide real-time customer service and resolve issues directly
- Facilitate audits of restaurant event setup to maintain consistency
- Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary
