Job Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • reliable transportation and knowledge of the local territory
  • availability during critical lunch hours Monday to Friday between 10 am and 2 pm with potential schedule flexibility
  • willingness to work onsite for setup and teardown
  • prior experience in hospitality, events, or food service preferred
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • high energy and customer-focused attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
  • high proficiency with technology including point-of-sale systems
  • friendly and high-energy personality
  • organized and detail oriented
  • ability to build strong customer relationships
  • exceptional time management skills

Job Duties

  • Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities including setup, teardown, cleaning equipment and site areas
  • gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures
  • problem-solve issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication
  • troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale system, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
  • conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching
  • provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly
  • facilitate audits of restaurant event setup to ensure consistency and high quality
  • escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary
  • maintain availability during critical lunch hours Monday to Friday
