Job Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- reliable transportation and knowledge of the local territory
- availability during critical lunch hours Monday to Friday between 10 am and 2 pm with potential schedule flexibility
- willingness to work onsite for setup and teardown
- prior experience in hospitality, events, or food service preferred
- strong problem-solving skills
- high energy and customer-focused attitude
Job Qualifications
- Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- high proficiency with technology including point-of-sale systems
- friendly and high-energy personality
- organized and detail oriented
- ability to build strong customer relationships
- exceptional time management skills
Job Duties
- Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities including setup, teardown, cleaning equipment and site areas
- gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures
- problem-solve issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication
- troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale system, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
- conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching
- provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly
- facilitate audits of restaurant event setup to ensure consistency and high quality
- escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary
- maintain availability during critical lunch hours Monday to Friday
