Job Duties
- Assist with event setup and teardown (tables, chairs, linens, decor, AV, etc.)
- Move and arrange furniture and event materials as needed
- Support day-of event coordination and timelines
- Communicate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain organization of event supplies and storage areas
- Ensure event spaces are clean, reset, and presentation-ready
- Provide professional and friendly service to members and guests
