Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Availability to work critical hours over lunch Monday - Thursday (10 am - 2 pm) with flexibility for additional hours from 8 am - 4 pm
  • Must have high energy and a friendly demeanor
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Ability to navigate local territory efficiently using own car
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-starter with resourcefulness and grace under pressure
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality or events management preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure
  • Familiarity with technology and point-of-sale systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred

Job Duties

  • Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities including onsite setup, teardown, cleaning equipment and site areas, problem-solving, and ensuring high quality setup and customer experience
  • Gain competency with Fooda's technology and standard operations procedures
  • Problem-solve issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale (POS) systems, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
  • Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching
  • Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer
  • Facilitate audits of restaurant event setup to ensure consistency and high quality
  • Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve
