Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Availability to work critical hours over lunch Monday - Thursday (10 am - 2 pm) with flexibility for additional hours from 8 am - 4 pm
- Must have high energy and a friendly demeanor
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to navigate local territory efficiently using own car
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-starter with resourcefulness and grace under pressure
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or events management preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure
- Familiarity with technology and point-of-sale systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
Job Duties
- Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities including onsite setup, teardown, cleaning equipment and site areas, problem-solving, and ensuring high quality setup and customer experience
- Gain competency with Fooda's technology and standard operations procedures
- Problem-solve issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication
- Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale (POS) systems, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
- Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching
- Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer
- Facilitate audits of restaurant event setup to ensure consistency and high quality
- Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve
