Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of three years event experience
- High proficiency in Google Suite
- Excellent oral and written English communication
- Energetic self-starter able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to balance multiple projects and reprioritize as needed
- Exceptional organization skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Positive customer service attitude in challenging situations
- Must be able to run errands for events
- Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time during events
- Able to lift 30 pounds onto a cart, push or pull 120 pounds on a cart, and climb stairs and stepladders
- Experience in Eventbrite, Slack, and ClickUp preferred
- Must be willing to work in person for all key seminary events including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Flexible schedule with ability to work varying hours depending on event needs
- Able to travel to Pasadena or Phoenix campuses to support events as needed
- Able to attend Stratcom team meetings remotely
- Must be willing to abide by Fuller Community Standards
- This is a fully in-person position based in Houston, Texas.

Job Duties
- Provide coordination and on-campus support for all FTX events
- Create, manage, and execute event production schedule in ClickUp
- Work closely with marketing in event promotion
- Oversee event communications, including RSVPs and Eventbrite communications
- Prepare event timelines, including play by play and program agenda as needed
- Serve as primary campus liaison with vendors, overseeing delivery schedules, rentals, catering, table linens, event equipment, floral centerpieces, furniture
- Oversee event setup and teardown and manage the organization of event storage
- Provide hospitality support for all FTX events and regular day-to-day in-office operations
- Oversee and maintain the break room and kitchen supplies
- Attend weekly FTX all-team meetings and other required meetings
- Manage and maintain scheduling and calendaring for all FTX events
- Attend meetings required by Stratcom and complete event submission forms
- Manage event budgets, submit invoices, and process payments with finance and accounting
- Receive and assess third-party event inquiries, coordinate contracts and needs assessment
- Assist with finding new third-party contracts for additional hours.
