Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of related events or administrative experience
- Preferably experience in hotel event coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in common office software and event management systems
Job Qualifications
- Two years of events related or administrative experience
- Previous hotel experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Excellent customer service and customer recovery skills
- Ability to problem solve and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Providing administrative support to event managers and director of events
- Drafting event sales agreements including food and beverage details
- Managing small guestroom blocks and billing instructions
- Answering phone leads and entering them into the system
- Multitasking and managing multiple projects
- Performing daily office administrative duties using multiple computer programs
- Assisting with internal and external correspondence
- Handling smaller groups with guestroom blocks and food and beverage events
- Attending internal meetings and providing timely updates on event details and changes
- Coordinating with event managers to assist clients in their absence
- Demonstrating Hyatt's values of empathy, integrity, respect, inclusion, experimentation, and wellbeing
