Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, tourism, event management, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and coordination

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events including banquets, conferences, weddings, and corporate functions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process ensuring their vision and requirements are met
- Develop detailed event proposals, timelines, and budgets and manage them effectively
- Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external vendors such as caterers, florists, decorators, entertainment, and AV providers
- Conduct site visits and tours with prospective clients
- Oversee event logistics including room setup, seating arrangements, AV requirements, and transportation
- Collaborate with internal teams including catering, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure successful event delivery
- Manage on-site event execution ensuring all aspects run smoothly and according to plan
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during events in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct post-event follow-ups with clients gathering feedback for continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate event records including contracts, invoices, and guest lists
- Assist in developing marketing materials and strategies to promote event services
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in event planning and hospitality
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
