Job Requirements

  • No prior experience required but preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Basic understanding of event planning processes
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency with data entry

Job Duties

  • Assist with initiating and making changes to banquet event orders
  • Run daily reports and update change logs
  • Support event managers with logistical arrangements such as transportation, amenities, and vouchers
  • Perform data entry using Delphi, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Manage email correspondence as directed by event managers
  • Handle telephone inquiries and assist guests and internal staff
  • Assist on special projects as required
