Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to use event management software such as Delphi is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of event coordination or hospitality industry preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Responsible for initiating/making changes to the banquet event orders
  • Running daily reports and change log entry
  • Assist the event managers upon request with setting up transportation, amenities, vouchers, etc
  • Data entry using Delphi, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • E-mail correspondence directed by managers as needed
  • Filing, faxing, and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail
  • Making travel arrangements or performing other general office duties
  • Answer telephone and assist internal and external guests with requests
  • Assists on special projects as needed
