Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in a related field
  • at least one year of full-time equivalent experience in event management
  • at least one year of supervisory experience
  • at least one year of administrative experience including budget preparation and monitoring
  • valid motor vehicle operator's license with satisfactory driving record
  • ability to pass background check
  • willingness to work non-standard hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • ability to undergo substance testing as required
  • capability to exercise independent judgment and responsible decision making
  • physical ability to perform job-related duties

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in a related field
  • minimum one year of experience in event management
  • minimum one year of supervisory experience
  • minimum one year of administrative experience including budget preparation and monitoring
  • possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license
  • good communication and decision-making skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • coordinate client needs with building staff to ensure proper setup and smooth operation of events
  • organize event logistics according to schedules and requirements
  • communicate effectively with internal departments and external clients
  • supervise event staff and provide guidance during event execution
  • prepare and monitor budgets related to events
  • ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
  • work non-standard hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
