Job Duties

  • Understanding all aspects of event packages and add-ons
  • selling, scheduling, and coordinating corporate, group, and birthday events
  • utilizing systems and programs to input sales revenue, guest information, and create follow-up tasks
  • partnering with Sales Manager to exceed sales targets
  • prospecting and cold calling for new and repeat business
  • supporting local store marketing initiatives
  • attending weekly sales meetings to share strategic ideas
  • performing opening, mid-day, or closing office duties including cleanliness and safety standards
