Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in event coordination or related hospitality role preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to learn and navigate Reserve/Infor software
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to walk long distances and perform physical tasks required for event setup

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in event coordination or hospitality preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
  • Ability to learn new software programs such as Reserve/Infor
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to walk long distances on venue premises

Job Duties

  • Provide clerical support through Reserve/Infor event booking software
  • Ensure group sales materials are updated with current pricing and event details
  • Assist Group Sales management to exceed guest expectations in catering services
  • Manage distribution of banquet event orders (BEOs) to all relevant parties
  • Coordinate distribution of event calendars to complex team and partners
  • Plan and execute event setup for catered functions
  • Assist operations at the complex as needed
  • Facilitate communication and meetings for event rental delivery
  • Collect and enter post-event numbers into Reserve/Infor
  • Process invoices and event payments timely
  • Complete projects professionally and on time
  • Foster strong relationships with Group Sales, Operations and Complex Partners
  • Promote positive work environment and maximize productivity and morale
