  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional quality and attention to detail in all aspects of event planning and execution
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintain composure in fast-paced environments, and adapt to last-minute changes
  • Proficient in event management software, productivity tools, and MS Office suite
  • Familiarity with audiovisual equipment, lighting, and event production is a plus
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules

Job Duties

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their event vision, objectives, and specific requirements, ensuring their expectations are exceeded
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of events, including venue setup, décor, catering, entertainment, audiovisual equipment, and logistical arrangements
  • Develop comprehensive event timelines, outlining all tasks and deadlines, to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of services
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to negotiate contracts, secure necessary permits, and coordinate logistics, ensuring quality services are delivered within budget
  • Conduct site visits and walk-throughs with clients to familiarize them with the venue layout, discuss event flow, and address any questions or concerns
  • Oversee event setup and teardown, ensuring all elements are executed according to the client's specifications and maintaining a visually appealing environment throughout the event
  • Manage event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented without compromising quality
