Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Two to eight years of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in writing and computer usage
- Ability to multitask effectively under deadlines
- Detail-oriented with good judgment
- Capacity to work productively with minimal supervision
- Ability to attend all scheduled events including some evenings
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2-8 years of experience in event planning, community development, or educational programming
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient writing and computer skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced team environments
- Ability to work independently with good judgment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to represent the company professionally
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Desire to work collaboratively and creatively
- Availability to work at events including evenings
Job Duties
- Create and manage event websites
- Create Eventbrite and Zoom event pages
- Continuously track event attendance
- Update event websites post-event
- Assist in marketing and promotion to grow event audiences
- Coordinate speaker bios, photos, and communications
- Send out event related emails and Zoom links
- Confirm details with speakers and coordinate practice sessions
- Coordinate moderators and organize prep sessions
- Implement sponsorship elements including logos and attendee connections
- Order supplies and coordinate messenger services
- Manage registration and attendee lists
- Prepare on-site event materials and set-up
- Store and manage supplies logistics
- Provide administrative support to the events team
